What people usually ask first

Do participants need technical skills?

No. Every workshop is designed for business professionals, not developers. The Fundamentals and Decision Makers sessions require nothing more than knowing how to use email. Even Prompt Engineering is built for people who've never written a line of code.

Can you tailor the content to our industry?

Yes - and this is where on-site workshops outperform generic online courses. I spend time before the session understanding your workflows, your tools, and the specific tasks your team finds most time-consuming. The examples, demos, and practice exercises use your actual context, not generic placeholders.

What's the minimum group size?

Workshops work well from 4 to 30 participants. Smaller groups get more hands-on time and tailored feedback. Larger groups are structured around breakout exercises to keep it practical. If you have a very small team (2-3 people), a coaching session may serve you better - ask me about it on a Focus Call.

Do you run sessions remotely or in person?

Both. In-person sessions tend to produce better outcomes for the hands-on workshops because the energy in the room helps with the practice exercises. Remote sessions work well for Decision Makers, where the format is more structured discussion. Either way, I send a tailored workbook in advance.

What happens after the workshop?

Every participant gets a written summary and access to a shared prompt library built during the session. I'm also available for a 30-minute follow-up call (included for all full-day workshops) to answer questions once people have had a chance to use the skills back at their desks.
